Archana is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, holds a postgraduate diploma in business management, is certified in forensic accounting and fraud prevention, and completed a diploma in entrepreneurship at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore — one of Asia's top-ranked business schools.

But the credential that shapes how she advises founders most is this: she currently serves as an Independent Director on the boards of six companies. That's not an advisory title on a slide — it means she's in the room when the hard calls get made. Pricing decisions. Fundraising terms. The hire that either fixes everything or breaks the team. The pivot that either extends the runway or burns it.

Over more than two decades advising founders and finance leaders directly, Archana has authored a professional reference guide on a complex regulatory compliance mechanism — now used as a standard resource by practitioners in her field — and has trained hundreds of working professionals as guest faculty at national training institutes. She has also delivered sessions on how artificial intelligence is reshaping strategic advisory work, including live demonstrations to rooms of 200+ senior professionals.
