30-day money-back guarantee
Foundex, operated by Avaunt Business Advisory Private Limited, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, one-time Business Diagnosis Session, or Single Framework Report, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email you purchased with, or
- Email us at hello@foundex.pro and we will help you through the process.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel a monthly or yearly subscription at any time via the customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds for subscription renewals are handled under the 30-day guarantee above.
Free trial
Monthly and yearly plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken.
